I approach consulting as a collaboration — combining technical depth with curiosity, creativity, and a philosophical mindset toward problem-solving. Whether the problem lies in physics, engineering, or data, the goal is the same: to uncover clarity and design meaningful solutions.

Scientific & Technical Problem Solving

Every system has a story — magnetic, electronic, or structural. I help uncover that story by combining physical insight with simulation and experimental design. From analyzing complex material behavior to fine-tuning device performance, I help turn uncertainty into understanding.

Example areas: magnetic systems, sensors, simulations, and experimental setups.

Data, Analysis & Insight

Numbers are only as valuable as the questions they answer. I help clients move from raw data to clear insight — through scientific reasoning, statistical thinking, and visualization. My goal is to reveal the story the data is trying to tell, and guide better decisions through it.

Example areas: scientific data analysis, reporting, Power BI, Python, MATLAB, and R.

Research & Technical Writing
 

Communicating complex ideas clearly is an art. I assist with research reports, technical documentation, and science communication — turning detailed results into accessible, meaningful narratives for both technical and general audiences.

Example outputs: research papers, reports, whitepapers, and knowledge summaries.

Collaborative Ideation & Mentoring

Sometimes the most valuable thing isn’t a solution — it’s a new way of seeing the problem. I work with individuals and teams to brainstorm, frame questions, and think differently. Through conversation, structure, and shared curiosity, we often find new paths forward.

Collaborative research between VUW and Robinson Research Institute, developing tunable magnetic sensors via controlled irradiation.
